So, studies over the years have shown that ONE in FIVE Brits eat a roast dinner with ketchup.

What's your thoughts on this?

I'm a Chef these type of people have to be one of the following

Addicted to sweets

unsophisticated about food

inexperienced

insensitive to the value of a roast and the cooking process

deprived

Depending on the roast and its accompaniments, I might put on the table, and encourage the ketchup-eater to try:

gravy or jus (With any meat)
cranberry sauce (Turkey)
horseradish sauce/ Mustard(Beef)
Mint sauce (Lamb)
Apple sauce (Pork)

I'm joking eat what the fack you want!

Try not to think too far into this over the course of the next couple of hours as i am fairly sure this is uncharted territory for many of our community.

Personally i could not believe this was happening but upon doing my own research, I can now confirm that there are many people out there putting ketchup on their roast!
