Upon conversation he thought he could trust him as he had a lot of rep and was semi known on TTG which seems to be how peoples trust is gained. The user sent $220 Friends and Family and ended up losing it as the seller vanished.

In the end i had $150 in my paypal and i sent it to him because it frustrated me that much , It isn't the total amount however he will now be only at a loss of $70 which is a lot easier than trying to work hard to claw back $220.

I will not name either user as i know admin is dealing with this however i do fell this is a lesson. Lesson to be learn that no matter what you cant trust someone over the internet and unfortunately in real life this is a lesson also.

Thanks for reading my post isn't about me being generous and sending him nearly all the money as a goodwill gesture this is about being careful and think before you act.

Paying it Forward!! Not just that you felt bad and don't even question your thought of being generous. You felt it was wrong for someone to do this to someone else. Huge congrats to you for thinking of others

Even down to the fact you're not naming and shaming goes to show you're honestly a really down to earth guy.
