How many people have a regular work routine and if so wanna share it?
My typical Monday-Friday I Run Monday, Wednesday and Friday Then go to the Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays Typically do a few miles on Monday, Sprints on Wednesday, Long distance on Friday Chest, Back and Arms on Tuesday with Legs, and Abs on Thursday? What about the rest of you. You guys have a work out routine or nawwwwwwwwwwwwwwww |

So I play soccer (football) at my university and we have morning workouts everyday M-F at 8 am. Everyday consist of cardio to some extent. Some days is strictly weight room training. Training is usually 2-3 hours a day depending on what we are doing.
I know your not asking for advice but one pointer I'll give you is do abs everyday because it doesn't any amount of time for the muscles in the abdomen to build and repair. Everyday ab workouts will make a difference for you. |

I usually do some form of working out from Monday to Saturday, I mainly just do bench presses and bicep curls . |
