I do the same, just have to be aware of the side effects. Insomnia, yellow teeth, and anxiety.

Yes they are bad for your teeth. I would cut down on drinking them and make sure you brush your teeth and take good care of them.

Just ask Jay... That man drank like 10 monsters a day for a couple months. I have a redbull almost every day while at work.

If you can manage brushing your teeth twice a day (morning when you wake up, at night before bed) I think you'd be fine. Just make sure you brush well and if you notice any further issues I'd suggest stopping. You could also call your dentist, although I'm sure they'll probably tell you that all sugary drinks will ruin your teeth and blah blah, so might be best to just relax on the intake overall. Instead of one a day, maybe go for one every few days, or a few drinks per week. This'll definitely be fine especially if you are following good brushing habits!

I approve of energy drinks. They don't give me energy... Yet I need them. Me and my teeth are healthy still.

If you drink the same amount every day it's no longer giving you the effect you want. Your body is used to that much caffeine so anything you do feel is all mental.

I used to drink a redbull every day and I noticed it really didn't do anything for me. When covid hit and I was off for a few months I stopped drinking it because I sleep a full night lol, but then when I went back to work and drank that first redbull I was bouncing off the walls lol.
