Haven't been too active on TTG lately but have still be very active in the gym, working out nearly every single day still

Yesterday I had a really good backs and bi's workout with some abs at the end

Today I am going to do shoulders and traps also with some abs


I'm going to start documenting every actual workout I do with reps and weight to better show everyone exactly what I do, if anyone has any app recommendations for something like this please let me know so instead of just manually putting it into my notes each time.

Thanks man! It was an out and back, it's just hard to tell from the map. I want to do another half this summer and try to be a bit faster

Welcome to the group buddy. I haven't been as active on TTG as I used to be but I've been working out everyday pretty consistently.

Lately I haven't really been pushing myself in the gym though which I want to change, I've been just doing routine workouts and weight just to workout, pretty happy with my weight at the moment so I haven't been to motivated to push myself, also have been working out by myself past couple months instead of with the partner I had the first 5-6 months I started back lifting. I do enjoy working out by myself but I definitely am a lot more conservative when it comes to lifting by myself which is the only thing I don't really like, I'm not really the type of the person to ask some random people to spot me in the gym but I may just need to get out of my comfort zone a bit.

Anyone else got any updates on their progress?

I also lift by myself for the most part during the week, with an occasional workout with some friends here and there that pop in at the same time I do. I think we're just about in the same boat. I tend to lift relatively heavy by myself, but I don't completely empty the tank and push myself as hard when I'm by myself.

Been out of town traveling but I hit a solid pull workout yesterday. Legs later today and looking forward to a nice little rest day tomorrow.
