Hi All ,

Been considering doing this for a while now and I'm wanting to offer up nutrition help to you all.

This service at the moment will be completely free of charge.

Ive been training for over 10 years and have done many diets.

Anyone wanting to make healthy changes to their lifestyle and nutrition don't hesitate to reach out.

PS : Its better if your in the UK as my experience withy food groups stems around this.

yo if your willing, i would totally be interested in working with you. I have been on the hunt for a personal trainer/coach and even a nutrition coach since I am finally getting back in the gym. I have been going for the past 2 weeks, not able to keep up with a push pull leg split et - because of muscle soreness BUT i would like to get back to that as my body gets back to better condition and adapts to the load.

Their aint no right and wrong answer its very dependant on your goals ultimately. PM me or drop your discord so i can get more information from you to determine what possibilities would be suitable for you and what you will actually enjoy and not dread waking up to lol
