Even when they try to resolve the ongoing problems, buyers and sellers often don't get their money back, which isn't really the fault of the site owners. This creates a lack of trust when it comes to buying from people who don't have a solid "reputation." I think a lot of folks here have given recommendations to help build that trust. Especially since there are other services out there offering similar things. But at the end of the day, it's your business, so don't let it get to you. I've had shops that barely got any attention here, and honestly, this site can be pretty slow for customers most of the time.
