That with scams is true. As a mod on another place, I see that from time to time. Also, people tend to buy from more established sellers because most of them won't run away after the issue. Newbies tend to either disappear after the problem, or those who want to commit some bigger scam will try to post some unrealistic to get more customers and then exit the scam.
