No ssd as of now but i have a 750 psu my mobo supports 32 gbs could i just get another 8 and take a 4 out ?

Quality is as important as wattage, if not more so. What's the make and model of the PSU? If it's low quality it might be worth replacing.

Yeah, could do that too if you wanted. DDR3 is cheap as chips anyway, an 8GB DIMM shouldn't be more than $20-25 on the used market.

Ok the psu is an EVGA 80+ Bronze
And ill shoot for the 240gb ssd
And as for ram I'll get an 8

Again, it depends on the specific model. I think there's a BQ and B3 which are the better of the bunch, but the likes of the BT, BV, BR, B are all pretty low-end units. Honestly, though, it should suffice.
