Thank you to everyone who responded seriously you guys are a big help. I just went shopping and skipped the chip aisle and actually went with yogurt and got some nature valley granola bars. I'm not really sure how to start but like you guys said start slow. My sincere thanks to everyone who is helping me.

Decrease your calories intake, and your fats, and increase your protein. Running, swimming, cardio are a great way to get going.
