I'm thinking of changing up my diet again, and was interested in what your current diet plan is at the moment?
Here's mine give or take. 07:00 Meal 1 - 5 scrambled eggs, cheese, butter, 3 slices whole meal toast - 900cal, 60g protein, 55g carbs. 11:00 Meal 2 - 100g oatmeal, 40g peanut putter with 1 banana, - 846cal, 31g protein, 100g carbs. 15:00 Meal 3 - 200g chicken breast, 700g potatoes, 95g pesto, veg - 962cal, 49g protein, 120g carbs. 19:00 Meal 4 - 100g chicken breast, 95g pesto, 50g cheese, 2 slices whole meal bread. (Toasted sandwich) - 826cal, 52g protein, 45g carbs. 23:00 Meal 5 - 100g oatmeal, 40g peanut putter with 1 banana, - 846cal, 31g protein, 100g carbs. 03:00 Meal 6 - protein shake, 50g protein powder, 100g oats, 500ml whole milk - 908cal, 45g protein, 111g carbs Total - 5300cal, 270g, protein, 530g carbs. |

currently on a 1600 Cal Low carb diet to shred down while on cycle. Finish in 15 days.
Then onto lean bulk from here |
