Dont the guy who has been going to the gym all year, pushing the same weight, on every machine!
PLEASE Progressive overload is defined as - "Progressive overload training is a type of strength training that involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. The goal of progressive overload is to maximize results by regularly challenging the body." There are SEVERAL ways to do this, just listen to my video, and send it to someone who isnt changing up their workout ENOUGH! Which, is usually the opposite of the actual problem lmfao. |
