The first weekend of the Beta will kick off on Friday, October 14 - 17 at 10am PDT / 5pm GMT on PlayStation 4.
The second wave of the beta starts on Friday, October 21st at 6pm UK for fans who have pre-ordered the game on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, and concludes on Monday, 24th October at 6pm UK.
Unfortunately for fans on PC, the game will not receive an official beta run on that platform.
Fans will have a choice of the new Rigs to try out when the Beta kicks off next Friday, you will be able to get your hands on three of the six different Combat Rigs that will be in the game at launch.
COMBAT RIGS:
- WARFIGHTER: Designed for a mid-range assault-style player, equip the Warfighter rig to support the team by getting fast kills, quickly getting to an objective, and always being on the offensive.
- MERC: This imposing suit is equipped with payload options designed to clear enemy threats quickly and with authority. Its focus is heavy defense and suppressive fire.
- SYNAPTIC: A C6 Class remote-operated droid optimized for speed and close quarters combat.
Activision have warned that while all of these loadouts will be available, Payloads and Traits are unlocked via progression and therefore not all may be playable during the Beta.
Three maps will be available to play during the Infinite Warfare beta, including:
- FRONTIER: Circular Space Station, two-lane, fast-paced
- FROST: Linear Jupiter’s moon Europa, three-lane, medium-paced
