Latest Black Ops II backward compatibility news shouldn’t surprise you

Xbox boss Phil Spencer has once again commented on the ongoing rumors, hopes, and dreams shared by Call of Duty fans everywhere that Black Ops II will soon join the Xbox One backward compatibility program.

This new statement is perhaps Spencer’s most assertive yet. He not only swiped down specific rumors that the game would be coming in the near future but went one step further, publicly announcing that he does not know when Call of Duty: Black Ops II will join the backward compatibility lineup. At all. And neither does anyone else at Microsoft.

Responding to one of hundreds of Twitter inquiries about Black Ops II coming to Xbox One via backwards compatibility, Phil Spencer revealed that he had no knowledge regarding a date for the game to arrive. To hopefully keep his team out of the harassment zone, Spencer also added that Microsoft Agents and the backward compatibility team are also in the dark.

Skates I don't get why Bo2 is more wanted for bc over Mw2. I liked Bo2 but Mw2 was a much more memorable game imo and I feel like a lot of old gens could agree with me here. I feel like it's a bunch of new gens or people who never got to experience the glory days of Mw2 that are demanding for Bo2 bc. Just my two cents.

I'd rather have MW2 over BO2 any day

No my opinion isn't going to change anything, Just would rather see MW3 than BO2 Atleast then it will be worth playing.

I agree it shouldn't be BC but not for your reason.. My reason being it should just be remastered and resold on next gen so that the game isn't cluttered with modders and ect.
