Halo 6 won’t be at E3, but something else related to Halo will be

Recently, 343 Industries community manager Brian Jarrard took to Reddit, revealing that Halo 6 will not be present at E3 2017. However, the developer does have a “a little something” planned.

Jarrard specifically had the following to say:

“I’ll slip into my Dreamcrusher persona for a minute in the name of realistic expectations: We’ve said this already but we’ll have a little something at E3 but it’s not related to the next major entry in the franchise.”
As of right now we know very little about Halo 6 other than it exists and 343 has been working on it for roughly a year. Additionally, we know it will focus on Master Chief and will have split-screen multiplayer (like all future Halo games).

E3 2017 is set to take place June 13-15 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, sadly, without Halo 6.

I think it'll be about destiny, there was a lot of halo in the past.

Bungie is going to talk about Destiny 2 probably. They've done Halo a lot in the past.

Its either something about Destiny 2 or hopefully Halo 3 remastered (even though they stated it isn't coming).

Hmm since it's been a while since I've seen any news on it, my personal opinion is that it could be about the Steven Spielberg produced tv show.

Thats what I was thinking.


I immediately thought of that too.


I not saying they arent for sure doing Halo 3, but 343 did say last year when H3R was rumored that they didnt even start or hear anything about that.

Could just try to be hiding it though.
