Today, EA’s Gamescom Press Conference kicked off with a brand new gameplay trailer for FIFA 18. While it is a more cinematic feeling trailer, it does show demonstrate the skill moves, wonder goals, and atmosphere of the stadiums that are present in the game.

For those who don’t know, the game’s cover star is Christiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid. The game will also be dropping Legends, which are retired players who appeared in FIFA Ultimate Team, in favor of the brand new “Icons.” Icons will be available on all platforms that FIFA 18 releases on, with Brazilian legend and forward Ronaldo being the first one available to players. You can check out the new Gamescom trailer below. FIFA 18 is set to launch on September 29 on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. If players pre-order any of the game’s three editions, they will get Christiano Ronaldo on loan in FUT, eight special edition FUT kits, and Jumbo Premium Gold FUT packs. Those who are part of EA Access or Origin Access will be able to play up to 10 hours of the game early on September 21.
