Like i say all the time modders stomp on big companys like treyarch. The only reason why would shut it down is they are scared and know what is going to happen.

Can you run homebrew on xbox online, without getting banned?
Can you download fullgames to PC and transfer them to PS3 and play? no.
I have both , but atm i love ps3.
