Judge allows Sony to gather IP's of all who visited Geohot's website

The latest 'ruling' in the Geohot Vs Sony case doesn't look good for Geohot. Sony has been granted the permission to access the IPs of all those who visited Geohot's website and other social media accounts. Sony explained that it needed the respective information for a number of reasons. These reasons include to prove Geohot's distribution of the hack and the other is to prove that many folks downloaded the hack from North Californa.

thats messed up if they ban people who have visited it.but they can't.its illegal since you haven't violated the online contract.and they shouldn't even be allowed people's IP.knowing Sony they will abuse it
