erm, i think everyone who says that they shouldn't pay is forgetting something... They chose to go into the army as their JOB. Everyone else has jobs, just theirs is more risky than others, but they chose to work in that profession i don't see why they should get any benefits as in free xbl gold just because they chose a specific career option.

There is a way to distinguish who is a veteran, my dad has a "Veteran" sort of card from Desert Storm that we used at a carnival to gain benefits, maybe that will need to be used in order to receive benefits.
