3DS hacked – first footage shown

It was only a matter of time before the 3DS was hacked, and today a video was released of that very thing happening. Dubbed Crown3DS, the new flashcard is already capable of playing Splinter Cell 3D and more ROMS are on the way. The developers have already launched a website where you can follow their progress. This is something Nintendo should be worried about because pirating badly affected the sales of DS software. It will take quite some time before the flashcart is small and ready enough to be sold, but I’m sure Nintendo’s legal team are already onto these guys.

-Carbonix- ORLY? Nope. There already exist multiple flashcarts that are 3DS compatible, my AceKard 2i is and i've had it since august.


But this is the 1st one that can emulate 3ds roms :)
