Modern Warfare 3 More Prestige Levels Being Added

According to some new images that arrived on Steam Forum, Modern Warfare 3 will be getting 5 more prestige levels. You guys can check out the image below, and there is room from prestige 11-15. Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling has confirmed on his personal Twitter account that 400 new levels and five prestiges have been added to PC version of MW3. This addition will be made to the console version in coming days.

On Twitter, Bowling wrote, "Added 400 new ranks of 5 new Prestige levels in Modern Warfare 3 on PC in latest patch. Expect the same on consoles soon for everyone! #MW3"

Interestingly, 10 new prestige emblems have been added to the game files as well, according to Charlie Intel (see image below). Bringing the total number of prestige levels to 20, not 15. We still don’t know if levels 15 through 20 are accessible or not, but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.

can anybody send me a 10th prestige save for mw3 splitscreen bcoz my ps3 has got corrupted and my save games for mw3 also

Hmm.. They should shorten the levels down to 70 then. Or the experience needed, 80x15=1,200 levels. They will need more challenges..

This will be great, i'm tired of my account on PS3 as im 10th on it, but nonetheless for all the people who were complaining about not being able to level up anymore, why not just use the prestige point to reset all stats?

In a way I'm glad that they're adding new prestiges.

I've been 10th for over a month and I've got bored of not being able to level up but now I'll be able to, I've noticed a lot of people aren't happy about it but I'm glad that they're doing this.

Hopefully once this is released for Xbox, I'll be more interested in the game again.

Well, I don't blame them for bringing them out. The game was suppost to last for a whole year but people are already 10th prestige.

MOAB i am really not liking this because i just got tenth today and was happy i wont have to prestige any more but now there is going to be 5 more prestiges

At least you're not like me, I've been 10th for almost 5 days playing time, have 9 or 10 gold guns and now I'm going to lose everything I've worked towards when I prestige again...
