Modern Warfare 3 Double XP This Weekend on Xbox 360

With the first content collection released earlier this morning to all Xbox 360 owners to purchase, Modern Warfare 3 players will be treated to a double XP this weekend.

When you log into the multiplayer portion of Modern Warfare 3, you’ll be treated to the following message. “DLC Collection 1 is available for purchase now. New MP maps and SO Missions await you. Plus, earn Double XP this weekend.”

This Double XP event seems to be only for Xbox 360 users as it coincides with the new content pack released for the platform. Usually, Double XP weekends for Call of Duty titles start around the afternoon on Friday, in this case March 23rd, and end around the same time on Monday.

If more information is released regarding the time frame of the event and whether it applies to the PS3 and PC versions, we will update this article accordingly.

Good idea! I'm going to prestige on mw2 and mw before Friday and try to get six hours of 4x xp


You don't get prestige token everytime you prestige on another game.. It's only when you first play multiplayer you get prestige token for the games you have prestiges at least once in. :facepalm:

Ehh, i stopped prestiging in this game because i didnt like it as soon as i got to 3rd i stopped and went to skyrim, then saints row the third, then skate 3, then gta, then nhl 12, went back to mw3, and now i play black ops. and bo isnt that bad anymore, theres alot of noobs :D
