I feel like this will be a great change to the franchise and allow both developers to work on things that they are truly passionate about! I support Bungie and 343 in this decision and will remain a fan forever.

Its name derives from 343 Guilty Spark, a character within the Halo universe. From Wikipedia-Kraze-Jaffa- I find Bungie was a better company then 343. R.I.P
Bungie have been around for over 10+ years and 343 have just started (recently anyway)
Actually, 343 has been around helping out with Halo since 2002.
