Halo 4 Gets an Official Release Date

Microsoft Studios and 343 Industries have announced via the Halo Waypoint that Halo 4 will be releasing worldwide this fall on November 6th, 2012.

To help you remember this date, the characters of Red Vs Blue (re-imagined in the Halo 4 universe) have devised some highly complex mathematical equations to make sure that you remember not to forget (Video in read more) It’s noteworthy that November 6th is, historically, the day that games within the Call of Duty franchise release. This means Halo 4 could very well be going right up against Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

Billy431 Terrible release date, Call of Duty with supersede Halo and as a result Halo will sell less then say if they were to release a month or two later/earlier.
Just an opinion but will likely be proven in the coming months.


Halo's community and devs are more open-minded and caring the Call of Duty's just letting you know. CoD=tooo much shit talking Halo=Skillb4mouth

I'd rather get this game than BO2. Iv'e bought all the new COD's that have came out in November and I can tell you, they haven't made them any different, only made them worse. I think It's HALO 4 for me this year.

Um, H4 is only for Xbox 360...
And yes, CoD will sell more. Not because it's better, but because it's multiplatform and well, it's Call of Duty. No matter how bad it is, everyone buys it.
