“The break is officially over and we know you all have been patiently waiting for updates,” the studio said. “We’re happy to share a few of the changes that will be coming soon”.
These include changes to help players complete Panzerfaust challenges, reduced Mortar Barrage duration, perk adjustments “to help counter all things fire”, and weapon balancing including sniper buffs and shotgun nerfs.
“Thank you for your patience while we were working behind the scenes,” Sledgehammer added. “You can expect more frequent updates now that we’re back, with more to come this week.”
In contrast, Warzone developer Raven Software hasn’t revealed plans for upcoming updates following the holiday season.
One significant Warzone issue players have been complaining about for several weeks is the Awoken skin for Operator Francis, which is unlocked at level 100 of the Season 1 Battle Pass. It suffers from a glitch that turns the wearer invisible, except for the character’s mask, at certain distances.
