Sony asks you to design the next DualShock 3 controller

SCEA is asking gamers to submit design ideas for its next DualShock 3 controller.

The firm has released a number of different colours over the years, and it plans to release more - designed by you.
"We want to add to our line-up of DualShock 3 colors, but this time we want you to be the designer," says Sony via the US PS Blog.

"Starting today, and ending August 15th, you can ... submit your idea for the design of the next DualShock 3 controller. Whether your design is based on your favorite game or your ideal color, all PlayStation fans will be able to vote on your idea."

I Agree. Their Controllers are pretty boring.


They also really need to fix their thumb sticks

Yeah you don't need to be a pro just to submit an idea just think of an idea for a design and then submit it.

Those are really awesome. Gaming modz makes some really sick custom controllers.


They should make painted controllers and stuff i think. I would love to do that but i dont have the money to get the shop started =/

I doubt they would do that but if they did I bet they would just rise up the prices of the custom controllers.
