Expected to be released on November 6th 2012, a user who goes by the handle "BAD 2 THE B0N3" from a popular Xbox 360 piracy forum released a copy of Halo 4 around 8:00 P.M Central.
Unsure where this copy came from, due to lack or information, it is believed to be a copy from either a storage center, or a printing center. As stores do not have copies, neither do review sites.

Below are the following leak and release dates for the other Halo games on the Xbox 360.

- Leaked on September 21st, 2007
- Released on September 25th, 2007
- Halo ODST:
- Leaked on August 30th, 2009
- Released on September 22, 2009
- Halo Reach:
- Leaked on August 31st, 2010
- Released on September 14th, 2010
This is all the information we currently have on the leak, but by the looks of things 343 Industries needs to go to "chilis" more.
