Lovefilm has now launched it's App for the Wii U in the UK.

Wii U owners will benefit by being able to view films on both their Television and their Wii U GamePad Controller. Alternatively users can use the Wii U Controller to view additional content related to the Film or TV Show they are watching, such as casting details or episode lists. Lovefilm will come pre installed on new UK Wii U's from now on.

For anyone unfamiliar with Lovefilm, it is an Amazon company that allow users to stream unlimited amounts of Films and TV Show to their home devices for £4.99 a month.

Lovefilm also have more premium subscriptions that will subscribers to rent DVDs, Blu-Rays and console games through the post.
