As highlighted by the popular Pokémon Twitter account Lewtwo, the music used during a trailer for the upcoming Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC appears to be the same arrangement as a recently uploaded fan cover.
The arrangement, uploaded by ND Music, is a cover of the Area Zero theme, music which plays in the Area Zero region of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

“I’m not particularly upset, but rather confused and surprised that an unofficial creation would be included in official content, especially coming from TPC,” wrote ND Music on Twitter.
The creator then provided another side-by-side of both pieces of music, highlighting the similarities in the arrangements.
