GTA 5 delay may mean next-gen release.

As you may know, Rockstar announced today that Grand Theft Auto 5 has been delayed by an extra 4 months, to allow for 'further development'.

This has left many to believe that GTA 5 will indeed be released on next-gen platforms.

Adding a further 4 months on to the development of the game means it will probably be released either after the consoles have been launched, or just before they have been launched.

Coincidence?

Well I don't blame them. I wouldn't want to release a game for the 360 then have it be obsolite 2 months later because of the xbox 720.

Rockstar has confirmed that this rumor is false, so you will get it on the 360 :)

I wish 360 games would work on the new console, but the rumors are that it won't be able to... :(
