Glitch cancels 3,000 BioShock Infinite pre-orders at Best Buy

Last night an issue hit 3,000 customers who pre-ordered BioShock Infinite at Best Buy, canceling their orders, sources report. The glitch hit pre-orders for both PS3 and Xbox 360.

Best Buy asks anyone who pre-ordered Bioshock Infinite to check their emails and call customer service if their order has been canceled. Best Buy offers a $10 gift card to each affected customer.

We have not yet heard about what caused this 'glitch'.

Efficient Well best buy had to sort out all of the preorders and lose 30,000 dollars..


Way more that 30,000. More like 100,000.
