Free Xbox LIVE Weekend on March 8th - 10th for UK residents.

Xbox Live members with Silver accounts in the UK can indulge in a free weekend of Xbox LIVE which kicks off on Friday, March 8, starting 12:00 GMT and lasting until 23:59 GMT on Sunday, March 10 - And all of this is thanks to Bioshock Infinite.

A large variety of multiplayer events will be happening throughout the weekend, starting with "Rockstar Friday" where developers from the New York outfit will be online and competing in games of GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City, Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption and Midnight Club LA. Other multiplayer events for games such as Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Tomb Raider, FIFA Ultimate Team, Forza Horizon, Far Cry 3 and Assassin's Creed 3 will also take place.


It has been confirmed by a Microsoft employee that this is for UK residents only.

Are you kidding me? US get EVERYTHING first, movies, games, etc and the rest of the world hardly says a thing. For once, the US doesn't get something and your entire country things they are so awesome they have to get it.

Dude, not cool man, just cause you dont live in the UK dont mean you can say that, you may not like the UK and judge us from what everyone shows us as, but you cant say that, "NUS" is right you get alot more things than we get first but then again it does work the other way around, how do we not deserve what you have? You speak our very own language, You speak English, where do i live erm England, The UK aint as bad as you make it sound and we deserve equal things as to what you get, its 2 days Xbox Live, im sure someone who deserves everything can afford at least a month of live, stop complaining.
