Minecraft being considered for PlayStation, Wii U probably not happening

It has come to light that Mojang are considering even more platforms for the popular PC and Xbox 360 game, Minecraft.

Though Minecraft currently has an exclusivity deal on Xbox, Mojang's Jens Bergensten (Jeb_), lead designer on Minecraft, recently told sources that the team will consider PlayStation platforms whenever the deal lapses. Those hoping for a Wii U version may be out of luck, however, as he added that a port for the Nintendo console is "very unlikely."

i dont have a wii u but i think minecraft would suit the wii u just the touch screen and stuff could come in useful

Too bad for Wii U players but then again I don't think its right that they don't get this game as it would actually work in many ways.

I feel this game would be good for WiiU, but they are probably making the right decision sales wise.
