A system that a little kid can jailbreak with a USB

You pay for your entertainment (Xbox360) then you have...
Hacking/Modding protection (to a certain extent)
A powerful network that rarely goes down (MAYBE twice a year)
A large Datacenter that offers Cloud storage
The best exclusive games

Well, for your sake and your personal information that you are handing over to a unsecure network by signing up for PSN, I hope you do understand.

If you PC game you don't have to worry about any of that stuff, and better games and mods for games

Like 40 pound a year, that's nothing. I'd rather pay that and have a stable online service which never goes down even except for maintenance which is usually done at off peak times so it causes less disruption.
