Splinter Cell: Blacklist announced for Wii U

Nintendo has confirmed that Ubisoft plans to release a Wii U version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist.

The long-rumoured Wii U edition will release on the previously confirmed Xbox 360, PS3 and PC Splinter Cell: Blacklist release date of August 20 in North America, August 22 in EMEA territories and August 23 in the UK.

The platform holder said today: "Showcasing enhanced game-play features using the Wii U GamePad controller, Tom Clancy 's Splinter Cell Blacklist allows players to operate innovative gadgets, take out enemies and move through the environment, and intuitively switch between weapons, among other features.
"The GamePad touch screen, along with motion-based inputs, are sure to immerse fans and gamers alike in this thrilling modern-day adventure."

That was the wii. The wii U is newer and does have better graphics

It seems that all the wii versions of games are usually worse than other console games. Im pretty sure thats just common sense though :p
