Black Ops 2 Double Weapon XP Announced For This Weekend

Treyarch has announced even more XP making its way to Black Ops 2, this time for your guns.

According to an in-game announcement, you’ll be able to rank up your weapons twice as fast with Double Weapon XP this coming weekend.

Step up your game with Double Weapon XP this weekend, starting on Friday, April 19 (10am/PST) and running through to the morning of Monday, April 22 (10am/PST).

Monday marked the end of an extended period of regular Double XP, due to a mishap with Xbox Live’s online services earlier, but it looks like you won’t have to wait long for yet another reason to sink some serious hours into Black Ops 2′s multiplayer.

Remember, Black Ops 2 Uprising is now available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

What guns aren't good in BO2 besides the first sniper rifle?


The first sniper is amazing, are you kidding? I got gold on that before any of my other sniper rifles!

OT: I wish I had this for the PC, or better yet, I wish it wouldn't lag so bad when I did play (dat free multiplayer weekend).

Nothing special. It was cooler in MW3 because it helped you achieve camos.

Double XP weekend get boring for me when you get them 2 weeks in a row, I like it better when we would get them once a month, but I'm sure no one will agree with me lol

Lavish I haven't been playing as much as I used to but this will be a good tool so I will be able to level my peacekeeper some.
