Microsoft Allegedly Paying Publishers to Not Show PS4 Games at E3
E3 2013, the most important games convention out there, is set to begin next week, and both Microsoft and Sony are expected to focus heavily on their next-gen consoles, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, respectively.
In order to gain the upper hand on Sony, Microsoft is apparently resorting to some unorthodox practices, like paying a lot of money to third-party publishers so that they won't show their PlayStation 4 games either on stage or at their actual booths.
The report arrives from a source on NeoGAF, which posted a lot of true rumors in the past, so it's possible that Microsoft really is resorting to such tactics ahead of E3 2013.
The company emphasized that at the event it's going to focus only on games for the Xbox One, so it could try to create a false sense that more games are coming to Xbox One than PS4.

Bead Wow. I guess they're stooping to whole new level to try and get more people on their Xbox system. But like I say, once a Play Station gamer or Xbox Gamer, your gonna stick with that console no matter what.
Not really. I've been a PlayStation gamer in the past with the PS1 and PS2, got the PS3 didn't like it and stuck with the Xbox 360 since then. But I'm winging more towards the PS4 after seeing what's been happening with Microsoft. E3 will still make the final decision for me though.

Rojo Microsoft is scared their going to lose to Sony in the next-gen console war. Ahh how cute, its all about the PS4. :)
Heck yea! Im a big fan about Sony's work, ive ownded all of the playstations from the one to the three. And same way with the xbox and ive always preferred Sony's work over Microsofts. I really think they did their homework and are going to hit it out of the ball park at E3

How? I can guarantee that YOU (ZinqShockzZ) cannot name four better specs that the ps4 can offer and the Xbox one can't.
as a Microsoft fan i can tell you that.. ps4 is 33% more powerful graphic wise than Xbox one.. every other spec such as ram and CPU is better than the Xbox one. that's all they need to be a better system.. Also they are definitely showing their focus on GAMES while microsoft is busy making this a family system.. im pretty sure 85% of gamers are teens that rather not have their system in the family room.. How about you name 4 ways Xbox One is better? keep in mind that im not a fanboy. ive owned both systems and i always preferred xbox because of the community of cool people i play with. Though i can truely say Sony has my attention in their hands. Microsoft wouldn't be doing this if they weren't worried about the competition.. Think about it??

No problem with it. It may not be the friendliest thing to do but they are shoveling a ton of money to do this so its a give and take situation. And , for all we know. This could happen with millions of other products and businesses in similar situations.
