Phil Spencer talks about sharing games with non Family Members

4.3
Microsoft's Phil Spencer interviewed with companies and talked about the game sharing on Xbox One. He stated that you can share games with people other than your family, but there are some twists in it. Microsoft previously released that only ten family members can have access to your game library. None of them have to be from your real life family though.

Spencer states that he does believe people will create family groups with people that aren't associated with their family at all. He believes this does ease some of the tension people had with the game sharing, but it has not put out the flames yet.

Submit This is a brilliant system to be fair, instead of lending my games to a neighbor or a cousin I can actually give it to my online mates who live in different countries, this is awesome news!

I agree. This is going to be very useful for me and my friends.

So far what Microsoft is doing with used games and sharing used games is stupid compared to PS4.

HDITeRRoRiZeI Yes you can share games to friends and family.
To share a game with a friend, they need to be on your friends list for at least 30 days and the game cant only be lent out once.Note I think this is different for family members. They can use your games for an unlimited amount of time.

I do believe that the cloud can only allow one person to stream from each game at a time, because it costs Microsoft money (I think), and of course, doesnt want to be charged a lot of money through the cloud etc.
