PlayStation 4 leading in sales

4.7
Right now, for every three Playstations sold, two Xbox Ones are sold. This number increases by a huge amount with all the preorders racing in. Many companies believe the sales are the way they are because of what was shown at the E3 event. Sony stepped up big time, and has answered many questions people have had. Microsoft has also made people heated with things like gamesharing, offline restrictions, and more. Sony has also had some issues, but have been communicating with the community as much as they can just like Microsoft.

I honestly would not have seen this coming come 1 months ago.

I feel bad for whoever buys either console on day one...

The recent tweet about losing your games isn't going to help Microsoft either.

Holy console wars this is been crazy

Well, I want a Playstation 4 sometime too, but I have had Xbox since it came out, so with the Xbox 360, so for me Xbox One is the way to go.

Stop quoting everything. It gets kind of annoying. :P

Wart I am going to be getting a Xbox one. Microsoft has shown support for their online service in the past by getting DLC from companies early, tons of applications, and lots of updates to the dashboard. The $100 more is worth it to me because I feel confident I am buying a good product.

The always online has no effect on me at all(how many people are really going to buy these next gen systems who don't have internet?) The shared games isn't a problem either, I always buy my games new.

A lot of people are complaining about the cost of the console, but $500 is justifiable. The Xbox 360 launched at $400 and isn't even close to as powerful as the Xbox one, and it was 8 years ago. Another way to look at it is, look how many people spend $500-$800 on iPhones, iPads, etc, and a lot of those devices are tossed out and replaced after a year or two. These systems wether it be Xbox or ps4 will probably last you 5 years at minimum,

I do consider myself a hardcore gamer and even though the ps4 is more powerful, look how much more powerful these new gen systems are over current gen. Games look great on current gen (in my opinion) so this massive power and graphics boost from both systems will be great ith either one, and there will probably be a miniscule difference between the two graphics and how the games play.

What it comes down to for me is the online experience and exclusives. I wasn't really interested in any of the exclusives from either company except that titanfall for Xbox one which looks promising. But for the online experience xbox 360 has it near perfect on 360 so if they add things it will only make it that much better. But currently on ps3 everything is really unorganized, hard to maneuver, and they are missing many features. So you have to hope they fix all of that on the ps4 and then also want them to add new features.

Also I may in the minority of people who really am interested in the new kinect as well as some of the 'entertainment' functions the Xbox one has. I am a big sports fan, and do watch lots of television/sports. I have done fantasy sports in the past and will definitely want to try out their new fantasy sports features.

1) Publishers are now favoring the PlayStation 4 if you haven't already notice, the only thing that they'll get advantages for are Fifa 14 and Call of Duty: Ghosts.

2) Just because someone has internet, it doesn't mean that this isn't an inconvenience, some people have bad internet that crashes frequently for a long period of time, their router may need to be disabled for a long period of time for whatever reason (such as maintenance) and generally it's just an unnecessary restriction, they're not doing it for the better of gaming, they're doing it because they're control freaks.

3) A price of $500 is justifiable yes, but their poor currency conversion skills are not, that comes to 320 GBP for the UK, if VAT must be added then it's 380 GBP, that is NOT 430 GBP, whether they need shipping or not.

4) Not enough has really been revealed to make judgements solely on specification differences, the difference won't be great but information on both is lacking.

5) Do you really think that it isn't going to improve for the PlayStation 4 this time around? The online experience for the Xbox 360 was undeniably better, PlayStation 3 wasn't really designed for socializing and connecting, but this time obviously it will, especially when they're as far ahead in sales as they are, act like this is a new generation of consoles and stop using old generations to back up your arguments, because things will inevitably change for the better, not for Xbox One though.

6) Don't talk trash, you're just trying to make a pointless and obstructive gimmick seem better than it is, I don't need to be able to talk to by console, I want to play games on it, end of.

1. No they aren't.

2. You just need to have one tiny speck of internet. I bet this internet thing isn't a problem or 90% of you sony fanboys. You just create what if scenarios. They aren't doing it to be control freaks you imbecile. With the Xbox One you install your games to the hard drive and you(or 10 people you choose) can access all those games instantly without the disc. To stop people from giving away their game for someone else to install, they have the 24 hour drm check.

3. Sonys 349 GPB equals $548 US dollars. So ***** at Sony too.

4. Okay

5. Things for the Xbox One have changed for the better. The Xbox One lending system > PS4s.

6. You can play games on the Xbox One too. You simpleminded PS4 fanboys think just because Microsoft wants to add more to their system, they're just forgetting about games.

lol Playstation is obviously the leading system and publishers are leaning toward Sony what he stated were FACTS what saying is ignorant crap you thought sounded good in your head.

If you noticed, he stated Playstation is leading in sales. And if you read my post you would notice I didn't deny that. You mouth breathing moron. If publishers were siding with Sony you would think they would have had better exclusives at E3 compared to Microsoft.

Ok thats it I've had enough. Just because someone points out logical pros and cons and leans toward one system(ps4 in sorcery's case) doesn't make them a **** fanboy. To me a fanboy is someone who is so brand loyal that they will not listen to logic and will always side with their preferred brand. I'm getting a ps4. **** the xbox one. I'm not a sony fanboy. I've had xbox for 9 years and have been completely happy with it. But with all the shit their pulling now, I just can't stand to buy one. And the **** exclusives are all the same games that have been on 360 for years. Jesus **** Christ just because someone listens has a well constructed and polite argument doesn't make them a fanboy.

Apologize for any incorrect grammar/punctuation and language.
