If you have noticed on tranzit on the walls there is something that says "FEAR RUST" and all of the BlOps 1 DLCs spelled out fear making it so that it can be speculated that all of the DLCs in BlOps 2 will spell out RUST which the first two already have so the next one should begin with a S.
