Battlefield 4 could get PS4 mouse & keyboard support, says DICE

Battlefield 4 developer DICE is open to mouse and keyboard support on PS4, according to producer Aleksander Grøndal.


Bit of a scant one this, but when speaking with AusGamers, Grøndal was asked if the team would ever consider supporting the devices on Sony’s console.

He replied, “We have mouse and keyboard support for the PC obviously, but I can’t speak now specifically for next gen consoles. But if it makes sense in the Battlefield universe, for a Battlefield game, we’ll consider it.”

Woobie For me, this is no big deal so long as it doesn't give the players using it an unfair advantage.

PC has better graphics but i'd probably find it easier to play on console.


It really depends on the person. Some people would find that PC is easier because they've played it longer.


I sometimes find it hard to play mini games on the pc lol never mind playing Battlefield I think it is a good idea putting it in but I wouldn't use it myself as I suck at using pc controls

It is to most people.


It all depends on the individuals preference. The PC version of Battlefield 3 was better due to larger games yet now that the Console version is also getting 32 v 32 i'm not really sure which one will come out on top.


I'm pretty sure that the PC version will still come out on top just because of the larger fan base.


True, I myself will be getting the Play Station 4 version regardless. I want to play it on a next generation console
