PS Vita may be bundled with PS4, if this rumour is to be believed. According to a “well-placed anonymous source” of Machinima, Sony is working on a bundle that features both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita for around $500, to be made available at the end of this year.
Sony has already confirmed that Remote Play – being able to stream games from PS4 to Vita – will be mandatory to all PS4 games that don’t make use of extra hardware, such as Move or the PlayStation Eye.

On topic: I think that the Playstation Vita would kind of be random to bundle with the next gen console, perhaps they are doing it to advertise it a bit more to get the sales going again? All these hand held devices need to stop, obviously the majority of people do not like them.

Your saying that when the xbox one gpu clocks at 850 terraflops, when the ps4's gpu clocks at 1800 terraflops which is almost 2x better. So its microsoft that can't compare

OT - This to me sounds like a good idea as from what Sony has shown us is that the vita and the ps4 work great together and if I am not mistaken the game you have been playing goes directly on to the vita if you go away or something.
Horrible idea.. The vita is trash, it and the Wii U have flopped terribly. The only reason they are doing this is because Vita sales fell way short of expectation and they are trying to suck up more money from it.
