I personally liked Forza 3 much better then Horizon.

Couldn't agree more. I hate exclusive games and thus I hate Halo etc, games for one console just support flaming wars.
Exclusive games are pretty stupid in my opinion, I don't think it's fair that we have to go and buy a new console just to play a game. It only further divides the already divided console gamers

It is a PS3 exclusive so no, it won't be coming to Xbox 360 or One.
I am guessing you meant One by that but hit the wrong key.
