No, GTA V and GTA Online are NOT two different games. They are the same game but due to the size of GTA Online, it will be available to download or stream (I presume from cloud storage) to anyone who owns a copy of GTA V :) So in short... GTA V and GTA Online are the same.

BF4 will win by a landslide, GTA5 will still be great though
Battlefield never sales as much as Call of Duty, doubt it will be Game of the year. Not that it won't be a good game.
Agreed. Although BF4 is a better game, IMO, most of the fans are geared at COD rather than BF. Mainly because how easy the game is. So it wouldn't surprise me if BF didn't get GOTY. Also, Xbox is riding COD hard so that can be another reason... but GTA 5 should win.
