Battlefield 4 beta live on PC and Xbox 360, hits PS3 later today

The Battlefield 4 beta is now live on PC and Xbox 360 ahead of its rollout on PS3 later today.

Early access is reserved for Battlefield 3 Premium members, customers who pre-ordered the Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin.com, and registered owners of Medal of Honor Warfighter - Limited Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition.

Offering an early taste of the game's Siege of Shanghai map in Conquest and Domination modes, the beta will be open to all from October 4.

The console beta release times listed below are controlled by Microsoft and Sony, so the exact launch times aren't set in stone.

Exclusive Beta Rollout Times (October 1st):

PC: Live now!
Xbox 360 worldwide: 2-6 AM PDT (10am - 2pm BST)
PlayStation 3 (Europe): 7-11 AM PDT (3pm - 7pm BST)
PlayStation 3 (US): 3-7 PM PDT (11pm - 3am Wednesday BST)
Open Beta Rollout Times (October 4th):

PC: 1 AM PDT/9 AM UTC (9am BST)
Xbox 360 worldwide: 2-6 AM PDT (10am-2pm BST)
PlayStation 3 (Europe): 7-11 AM PDT (3pm - 7pm BST)
PlayStation 3 (US): 11 AM PDT (7pm- BST)

I heard it was very laggy on current gen consoles, therefor I'm not getting it.


For some people it is... I haven't lagged once and it's a beta from alpha stage dude lmao.

NikolaiLoverG935 It's not on the dashboard for me. **** Microsoft needs to get their **** together. I bought a 3 month and a $25 live card and can't redeem either of them and now I can't get the BF4 beta. This is ridiculous.


I hope you realize that the Beta is not out for everyone yet, only people who Preordered it or are Premium have the Beta right now, if you have nether you won't have it until the 4th of October.

Trust me its not amazing, you are going to regret saying that once you get the Beta, so much wrong with it, its just uncanny.
