Why not just make it a bit wider like the old one so you don't have a chance of missing the text or what achievement you just unlocked?
Exactly, did they put much thought into this.Its the little things like achievement pop up that made me stick to xbox 360

Amp-Squads I really don't like it. Not a nice colour
I feel the same way, I don't think it looks as good, as a whole.
I like the animation and how it pops up but the colour is just...not a good choice.

World_Star Love how the achievements pops up all futuristic, but the color could be changed.
Seems like they are sampling from their horrible color palette of Windows 8.
