Mark Cerny discusses the making of PS4

Sony has released a video interview with PS4 lead system architect Mark Cerny, who discusses the making of the next-gen console.

In the video, Cerny answers the questions of PlayStation community members, starting with a focus on the PS4 hardware, and later discussing Knack - the PS4 launch title also directed by Cerny.

Sony has confirmed a PS4 launch date of November 15 in US and November 29 in Europe and Latin America

Thlack I want the PS4, and then I don't. I want the Xbox One just as much as much but idk. Life is confusing to me right now.


Take your time doing the research.
These console cost a good bit, so I don't know if you would want to buy them both.

You will need to do your research on each console and go into things like exclusive games and features available. You should come to a solid decision eventually
Lol thlack you are still deciding this? Go look up features, games, price, value, performance, and controllers for both of the consoles. I'm pretty sure PS4 will be your choice IF you want a gaming console with some entertainment. If you want a lot of entertainment with cheap 720p recycled exclusives then the xbox one is for you.


If you like graphics, your best to go with the Xbone.
If you want it to be a little faster, go with PS4.

I would have to say that 85% of people would prefer better graphics over a bit of speed.
Xbone wins.

i felt the same way they are identical but xbox has better controllers so i went with them


i disagree i honestly like the PS controllers more but once again thats just my opinion.

Both consoles have their good and bad points. I seriously suggest that you look up features, games, price, value, performance and controllers for both of the consoles though. The Specifications are not too far apart, with only minor differences between the two. I've also only heard of a few games that are going to be running on 720p on the Xbox One, not everything.

Also, i suggest you stop using the "PS4 has higher specifications" argument, seeming that someone will just pull the PC card and you will have nothing to say in that regard.
