Gotta love these dumb comments that Sony always makes after every single time something wrong happens to Xbox or Microsoft. As if they're gonna gain any more customers because of this one issue; they just seem desperate at this point making a comment on such a trivial issue.

I love how sony barely cares about their customers receiving controllers and consoles early, while microsoft is giving everyone the ban hammer.

Doesn't matter both console have shipped to the US so if you paid for it you have the right to play it. Why should you get banned for getting a console early? its just a console he didn't hack it or sell it.

yes i read it multiple time TTG isn't the only site to post this article they are actually the last. and I'm not making a big deal you shouldn't be banned for something that is not your fault. i wouldn't stick up for sony if they did something like this and you shouldn't either.

I still don't think you understand. Yes, you're correct on defending the right of the consumer to use a product in which they own, but in all honesty it hasn't even been released yet. They don't want the people who have received these consoles to start posting screenshots and videos for a product that isn't available to the public, which can reveal details about the system or it's features that weren't previously known to the public; let them finish making the product. The least these people can do is respect Microsoft's decision and wait like everyone else wanting the Xbox One is doing. Another reason is that they don't want these early people to point out the problems and get people to cancel their pre-orders or go out and buy the other console because of problems it has. It's an unfinished product; and even if you think everyone realizes that, as a whole the general consumer base will view it as a con to the system and possibly rethink their choice of console.

OT: I'm glad Sony is letting them use it early, and I respect Microsofts decision to keep early owners of the Xbox One waiting for the public release so they can get the true experience they want consumers to have.

Lmao, PS fanboys just hating on Xbox, just another reason for people to complain. It's not stupid to ban someone if they get the console early. MS doesn't want people playing it and saying "oh this is garbage" because they aren't even done with the console yet, I'm sure they don't want people leaking stuff, and they can just unban these people on day one. Someone please tell me what the big deal is and the real reason why you are all complaining, not "oh if you bought it and have it, you should be able to play it." MS isn't the one who shipped these consoles early?

I was lead to believe the early Xbox One owners got perma banned, well MS are looking a little better I guess.
