New Xbox One commercials target football, zombie fans

Microsoft has released a fresh pair of Xbox One TV commercials.

According to NeoGAF users, the Dead Rising 3 advert below was aired on Sunday during AMC's The Walking Dead, while the second commercial was shown during NBC's NFL Sunday Night Football.

Microsoft has confirmed a Xbox One release date of November 22, 2013 in 13 markets and a Xbox One price of £430 / $500 / $500.

The platform holder has also signed up England football captain Steven Gerrard and Star Trek actor Zachary Quinto for its Xbox One marketing campaign, which kicked off in late October.

The advertising blitz is designed to position the console as an all-in-one entertainment system and invites consumers to "jump ahead" to the next console generation by joining the Xbox One party. Spanning TV, cinema, radio, digital, social and retail marketing, the cost of the campaign will reportedly exceed $100 million (£62m).

It will be, the timer is optional

I might actually get the game then, the timer really diminished my experience with the game.

Same, I'm only getting it since there's no timer.

Gossip The Xbox One targets different age groups and such thats whats cool about it.

That's what they are more or less going for. An entertainment experience suited for consumers of all ages

Makes me want it more and more mind one thing is me and my mate sometimes go on the same xbox when he stays over so he will probably go on his ex box at one point and keep trolling me

I really love these types of commercials, i can see why they invest so much money in them.
