Xbox One is massive compared to the PS4

The Xbox One is a big console, there is no hiding this fact. But when you put it next to the PS4, you begin to understand how big it actually is. In fact, it reminds us of the first Xbox, as that console was also, quite large.

In the image above, you can see the PS4 sitting on-top of the Xbox One, courtesy of PCgamers.de. Even when placed next to the Xbox 360, the One is still quite large.

But does size really matter? To most gamers, probably not. Seeing that the Xbox One is a device that is designed to stay inside your AV cabinet, being portable is not an important attribute for the console.

Also, don’t forget that the PS4 has its power-supply built in, while the Xbox One has an external power unit.

There are likely loads of reasons why the console is so large, one likely being the need to keep all the components cool. Back when the Xbox 360 launched, it was plagued by defective units and seeing the size of the Xbox One, Microsoft likely spared no expense to keep the console from over-heating.

it doesnt matter if the xbox one is big bcoz they usually bring out more designs for the consoles.. i mean just look how much the 360 slim looked compared to the phat 360 lol

Xbox!!!!!!! All the way. It's okay. I'd rather have a bigger console rather then a smaller console with things stuffed into it slacking on hardware.

Literally nobody cares of what console people are getting. Just get the console your friends are getting because isnt that the point? to play online with your frinds?

If it's larger because they want barely any problems then I'm fine with it. Remember these are PC's. PC's are bigger than both the PS4 and Xbox One.

BlueMoon93 the retards posting stuff on here makes my brain hurt, if you can use google and have the capability to read then u know that the ps4 will run better than the xbox one, its always been the case, xbox 360 and xbox one are more multi media systems, so you can play games but also have netflix,lovfilm,etc etc, which is fine, ( not hating, so fanboys shhh...)
both console's are nearly identical yes the ps4 will run a little better,there wont be much of a difference though, so all in all both consoles are going to be beast, want a console purely for gaming get ps4, it only makes sense its 100 cheaper, if u want a multi media centre that can play games, get xbox one, both have decent exclusive's, for me i personally think gran turismo is much better than forza,gears of war is pretty beast for xbox, soo yeahh both consoles will be goood,


Yeah but it doesn't change how many helicopters or tanks you would get in BF or how many A.I. bots in Arkham Origins. They are already designated to have a certain amount of A.I. or tanks for consoles. So it doesn't change that.
